Anybody reccomend a good drag racing suspension?

I need a good suspension thats good for drag racing. My car sees the track more often than the street. so ride quality is not an issue. The suspensions that i want like omnipower drags is not availble for the DA’s so i need something similar! thanks in advace…

Here is what most people go with:
Poly bushings from either Prothane or Energy Suspension
A Traction Bar from either Full-Race, ETD, Innovative Mounts or explicitspeedperformance
If you go with the ETD then they offer something else called Front Stabilizer Bars. You’ll have to remove the sway bar but that is not needed for the dragstrip.
Poly Engine mounts from Innovative or Hasport
Cheap coilovers suck, stiff springs and decent shocks will do, if you have the Cash then Tein’s are a good option

There are varied opinions on what I listed here. Search the board to see what people think. I can only vouch for the Innovate mounts and Energy Suspension bushings. They both work great for me. I plan on going with the Explicit Speed Performance traction bars soon because I had a good experience with them on a CRX. They are good at reducing wheel hop.

Good luck. 12.8 is impressive

Thanks for the reply! Ive done the mods you listed. the full race TB and prothane bushings kit really made a difference on my car. I love the tight feeling. Im also running an obx lsd and place racing (they went out of buisness) solid motor mounts. When i get out my car i’m still vibrating. I guess the only thing left that will help out my 60’s is drag suspension… I’m still on ractive coils on kybagx. With this current setup my best 60 has been 1.7 on 22x8x13 slicks, 8krpm launch. My goal is to get it down to 1.5-1.6… Its pretty old now, id like to upgrade it with something better. I think anything i put on will be better than this shit lol I was thinking of using skunk2 drag coil over with a set of adjustable shocks like agx or konis… Anybody care to share there experiances with there drag suspension?
