I have the super hyper medallion. I love the hell out of too. everything fit well and the whole exhaust is made beautifully. just makesure if youv’e got a 92-93 to get the ext. pipe. it’s a little 3 inch peice of stainless that lets the exh. reach the cat. Apparenly on the 90-91 the cat is longer or sits farther back. Also put a couple of zip ties around the two rear exhaust hangers to bring the muffler away from the body so it dosen’t rattle on the bottom of the trunk. As far as the sound goes, it’s quiet at idle and it really dosen’t get loud till you open it up. And It cruises silently on the highway. There you go.

As far as power I noticed a bigger difference with the dc 421 with the stock exh. than when I put on the exhaust.

anyone have any sound bytes of the Tanabe Super Hyper Medallion?
hey any know where I can get or if possible buy just the piping for the medallion exhaust? IF not ill just buy the whole set up but I have two medallion exhausts (copy) already stck piping, just wanted the piping but I guess if im gonna keep the dual mine as well get custom or something which cost too much money =(:squint:

just the design of the cat converter, in 90-91 the Cat was longer than 92-93 thus you need an extension it you have a 92-93 car
can I get that from Tanabe or is it a custom dealy?
You can buy it from Tanabe or a Shop can easily make one for you. Thats what I got done, it saved me 40 bux.
But the Tanabe one is sweet. It’s fully polished stainless with Its own number plate welded on. Oh yes, one fine peice of metal indeed. And its only 50 bones. Buy it from Options Auto Salon. I got the super hyper for 470 and the ext. pipe for 50.

I order the part and she should be here tomorrow hopefully 
if not I’ll have to wait a bit for the store I bought it form to build another order. Also put somemoney down on the exhaust too! Can’t wait till I pick up the exhaust!
