im redoing my suspension and i found a pair of megan aluminum lower control arms with bushings for under $100 cdn. just the parts and labor needed to replace the bushings on my existing control arms would be more than than.
so im wondering if anyone has used them… heard anything good or bad etc?

ebay’s answer to mugen. very very very very shitty, low-quality, shitty, cheap, shitty parts that are for the uncle ben in all of us.
don’t waste your money…if you really want aftermarket rear LCA’s (and you can get the same effect by going with urethane bushings for about 1/3 the price) go with SPC, SRR, or Omnipower.
what info do you have to back up your statement ferretboy?
im checkin out omnipower now btw, i didnt know they did lower control arms for our G2s.
Edit: hmmm i dont see front lower control arms on their site.
from everything ive seen about megan racing, their parts may not be overbuilt… but they are built to at least oem specs. but if anyone knows for sure let me know.

I have seen NOTHING that shows megan racing is anything other than an ebay knockoff…like the electronics you buy at those shows at your local fairgrounds–you know, $500 “pioneer” receivers for $85 that break after 2 months of use with no warranty. :down:
what do you need them for anyway? what could you possibly be doing that your factory arms aren’t strong enough for?
if you read my post… you would have seen that just replacing the existing bushings will cost me more than buyin those arms. so if they are OEM or better, then why not replace the whole thing, save some labor… and parts costs for bushings.
im not saying you are wrong… i just want to have better evidence to support not buyin them than sayin… some dude who likes touching ferrets, didnt think they were any good. :giggle:
coming from someone who lives in a socialist country your words mean very little to me. if you’re too fucking lazy or worthless to change your bushings yourself, please feel free to ruin your car by using them.
maybe if you got off your maple syrup eating ass and did some reading on honda-tech you’d know why the aftermarket LCA’s aren’t such a great idea.
