I realize they are only eight adjustable not stiffness but, they are about half the price of the KONI/GC Setup with tophats. (Progress uses OEM)
I’ve read some decent things on Honda Tech and such but, I always like to check with G2IC to see what people have to say. I searched here but can’t really find anything specifically about the progress set.
I have their swaybar and its decent enough.
Thanks
Only $60 cheaper than the F&F type 1’s. By the looks of their website I wouldn’t use them. If they can’t even have updated information for each product they are selling, then who’s to say they’ll have the time to give appropriate customer service.
Appreciate your input. I’ve had to call Progress a few times for customer service and it was always excellent and the price for me is 580 plus 90 for international shipping. The reviews I have seen so far have all been good, just not a whole lot of them. I just checked quickly on the F&F 1’s, they are mixed. Lots of occurrences of people saying they were clunky and bouncy.
Here’s a review of the progress set from D-Series.org http://www.d-series.org/forums/suspension-corner/130042-progress-series-ii-coilovers.html
I have the 350/350 springs rates on my DA. Awesome setup for my DD. less understeer that’s for sure. I had the ksport= bouncy, F&F type1= clunky and bouncy. Progress coilovers are night and day differences compared to my old setup. Customer service is excellent and I like the fact if my shocks are blown I can order just one for a replacement and the same goes for the springs if I decide to change the spring rates. Very few suspension companies offer that.
BTW to CandeShop unless you have first hand experience I wouldn’t badmouth about a company or their products just by “looking” at their website because it is not updated.
I’m sorry but if they don’t have time to make sure their website is operating correctly (like clicking a link for a 90-93 integra and it brings up suspension for an Acura CL) then how much time do they really have to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Also zenmachine you can’t always go by the reviews sometimes you have to try them for yourself. Expensive yes but remember everyone has a different preferred ride height. That ride height may be too low for that particular suspension setup. There are more variables that most people won’t get into when doing a review just because they feel they have to bad mouth the product.

Thanks man! This is exactly the type of review I was looking for.

Are you sure about that? Here’s the link: http://www.progressauto.com/products/sfID1/133/sfID2/1/sfID3/87/productID/639 I’ve been clicking on that website for the last 6 months with no issues and every time I click the link for the 90-93 integra it goes to 90-93 integra.
I have been dealing with Progress since 1999. Every time I had a question or needed my coilovers rebuilt (I’ve been running them for 13 years), they handled it all like a top notch operation. I even worked right next door to one of the guy’s wife… handed her the set, she took them home, he took them to work, she brought them to the front door of my work when all was said and done.
If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is.
I wouldn’t worry about the website too much… they are probably busy taking care of their customers.
Just purchased my new Progress Coilovers! Thanks for all the great info guys. I have researched these to death and it seems to me like bang for buck, these are the best deal going for a quality product.
How’s the ride Zen?
I just purchased these a week ago and waiting for them to ship still and just found this haha
Any updated pictures? Please and Thank you!
