EDIT: sorry if this has been asked before.

I ordered some Rio Red from the site for my 91 teg and it did’nt match.Went to local auto parts store who mixes paint and bought a pint for around 15 bucks. Then went to sherwin williams paint store and bought a touch-up spray kit. Mixed 50/50 with thinner and it matched perfect with the original paint.Put 3 coats of paint on,then light wet sanding to get the orange peel out then shot 3 coats of clear for a perfect finish.I used Valspar paint because I’ve always had good results and it’s cheaper than Dupont. With this set-up you can add hardener or even flex additive to paint the plastic.I own 2 touch-up spray kits-1 premixed for metal and 1 premixed for plastic.Just remember to filter the paint before filling the bottle. Good Luck-hope this helps
you have to take into consideration that paint fades after awhile, and that paint would have matched the original color, but since it faded its not going to match exact.
I agree with the paint becoming faded but thats only because of oxidation.Paint restoration is a timely process as any one knows, but you can restore that original showroom shine using proper detailing procedures. The question reguarding Paint Scratch paint products it did’nt match my 91 tegs Rio Red.Paint Scratch is made by Sherwin Williams, sure they’ll match your house paint-but not your car.Like I said in my previous post I like using Valspar and it matched my tegs original paint perfectly. Even painted and installed an Honda accord spoiler and you,d swear it came from the factory. For getting paint back to that original shine, I use 3M products and you’d be amazed at the results.
it’s not paint fading…there is a clear difference between paintscratch.com’s B-37 and what i have on the car and from other same colored tegs…
