I got one of those ebay pipes from a drop shipper from China. Stupid fān muffler cost $20 but I got hosed for $70 shipping. I have never done anything with it as it would be a waste of money to get the pipes bent to come out the left side like the factory 2dr does.

what in the world would a muffler from a 350z do to make it worth the install??

If you want the sound of a 350Z definitely go with a Greddy SP2. Sounds almost identical, just a lilā louder.

I have the same idea about the 350z muffler. I just picked one up from a guy that had his replaced. I love the look and am curious to see how it sounds.
It is a dual outlet but single inlet. Did anybody ever do it?
Iāve heard that you can go to a shop that does like welding and things like that and get a custom exhaust or muffler or whatever made right? Iāve heard that itās better and you get the exact sound you want
Thats what I did. Full exhaust redone right from the header, back. It needed when i bought the car (rusted as fuck) Worked great. Got a good cat, resonator, muffler, good size tubing, and the sound is perfect. Not soup can, not rice, nice a deep with some good roar to it at high rpm.
I think we could forget about the 350Z muffler. I just went to the muffler shop to see if it can be put on. The muffler is too tall to fit under the hatch of our cars. If you really want it you could do alot of modifying but it seems as if it would be more work than what it is worth.
