Anyone used one of these mufflers?

I need to replace the stock exhaust on my 92 LS since Ive done several upgrades since I bought it. The stock system is way too restrictive and quiet. I dont want anything super loud, but not whisper quiet. I know this type of muffler is loud, but how loud I can somewhat control with the resonator. What do you guys think of this muffler? I personally like the style of it better than the typical N1 style. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Limp-Dick

everything seems to be JDM these days.
not my cup of tea.

i’ll take two of them.

one to shit on and the other to cover the mess up with

it seems like performance knock off stuff from ebay would be just a waste of money. please let me know if im wrong because im dyin to find out the answer?

I have an ebay muffler its like that but its not all bent at the end. I payed like $35 or $40 for it. I like it alot. It sounded really deep and good when I had my catback. But once I put my header on it got really loud and kinda ricey. But most honda’s with full exhaust are…

I’ve heard that you can go to a shop that does like welding and things like that and get a custom exhaust or muffler or whatever made right? I’ve heard that it’s better and you get the exact sound you want

You want to cover one shitty mess with another shitty mess?

:)

i wouldnt mind rockin one on my beater

looks like an exhaust coming out of a truck or van…but damn is it super jdm.

Well I ordered one today. So we will see how it is once it comes in and i build the rest of it. Should have time to pick up the rest of the materials this week hopefully.

= No rice

Yokohama Paradas are rice. I had a set and they don’t do anything great, yuck.

The yokohama paradas were free…that’s why i have them on my car. You’re right they aren’t great tires…they suck when it’s wet and they are loud as hell…fact is, you can’t beat free.

How can a tire be rice? :gay:

Paradas are only found on import cars, they’re too loud and they suck in the water. They’re not as sticky for how much you pay and they don’t last as long as their treadwear would suggest (compared to the ES100’s).

They’re like ebay parts, they’re just there to look the part.

They roll, that’s the most i can say about them. I wish i had my ES100’s again, it’s hard going from ES’s to Parada’s…it’s like a different car…i also have to turn up my stereo a little more while on the freeway, lol.

i had the same exact one on my mazda protege. it was nice. nice deep sound and everything. just don’t remove the reasonator with it. that’s just asking for attention.

wow that is as jdm as a fortune cookie
