can anyone tell me what THIS is for? (the red circled handle)
I tried to move it all ways I can think of and it doesn’t seems to be changing anything on my seat (driver one)

That’s your lumbar lever, It might be broken, I broke mine when I couldn’t get it to move either. Now it does nothing.
yes, that is lumbar support. you move it back and forth and it increases support. when it maxes out the amount of support you push it one more time and it goes back to the least amount of support. move it again and it increases support again… pretty much just cycles through the levels of lumbar support.

Yup, that is the lumbar support. Mine works! hehe 
Although I still get back aches on long trips.
ya i never use that… i guess you must have to have been raised in military school to need it. u sure you didnt try sitting back in the seat while clicking it forward? lumbar is in the small of your back, just above your buttocks
