I need new bushings and don’t want to go the poly route. I have found the PIC Performance kit for the EF available, DA has been discontinued. I know the upper control arm and trailing arm bushings are different, is anything else different?
I wouldn’t be so confident that the guy you talked to knows what he’s talking about.
The part numbers for the DA rear LCA bushings are different from the part numbers for the EF rear LCA bushings. This does not 100% mean they are not the same - occasionally you’ll find interchangeable parts with different part numbers. But generally if they were designing the cars at the same time (this is the case for EF & DA) and were using the same part for both, they’d likely have the same part number.
The DA does share the same part number with the DC when it comes to rear LCA’s though, so if you need rear LCA bushings you can order them for a DC and they will fit your DA.
As for the front LCA. The inner bushings are the same for EF/DA, but the shock bushings have different part numbers.
I strongly suggest not taking anyone’s word as fact when it comes to bushings. You really need to use some smarts to do the research yourself. You can cross-reference part numbers between Honda & Acura as well as look for any aftermarket websites which may give dimensions on the parts they sell for various chassis.
