my friend gots them there ok. the halo look pretty kool.but i would rather get the stock jdms i think they look better.

I’ve got the non-halo version of those…they’re not bad for the money. The glare guards will fall out after a while, however (the screws holding them in loosen up).

well I can tell you this much… they look like crap.

The non-halo projectors don’t look as busy, but they still have the fish-eye foglight.

Hello,

I’m a new member and I’ve been thinking about getting either the Dual Halo Projectors or the JDM one-piece headlights. The only things I don’t like about the JDM one-piece headlights are the yellow fog lamps. I hardly see any difference when I turn them on. I’m in Southern CA and we don’t get much fog so the yellow lamps are practically useless here. Does a JDM Headlight with white fog lamps exist or can I change the color of the fog lamp using a regular white fog lamp bulb?

the yellow is from a shield inside. you can remove it, search and you should find instructions. wish they made them white, would be so much easier.

i dont like them i dont hate them…atleast these dont spread my HIDs like JDM ones would

I have them (black housing, halos). Truthfully, 90% of the reason I bought them was strictly bc I needed a projector housing for my HIDs (I’ve talked about this setup/my opinions many a time on here and H-T already). The other 10% of the reason was, at that time, EVERYONE had JDM one piecers and I just didn’t want what everyone had. I still haven’t seen many tegs around here with the projector setup, hope it stays like that.

I’ve had mine for coming up on two years, and since then, one LED for one of the halos (each has two) has burnt out. Other then that, they’ve never leaked or fogged or cracked (knock on wood). Bang for the buck, if you like them go for it. To each his own.

This past November I had my car repainted using Jet Black PPG paint (used on brand new BMWs) and together with my newly installed Chrome Halo Projectors (imported by Anzo USA), my car looks totally different. It looks a lot more modern. CAUTION: You may need “minor” body work to make Projectors sit flush with the fender/s and bumper cover.

Wow this thread came back?

Anywho, things have changed in the past two months. Even though this isn’t the for sale forum, I’m just going to add quickly that my black housing projectors with halos will be for sale within the next month or so. Along with the H3 HIDs (6000k). If anyone is interested let me know  <Mods, it’s not really a for sale ad, just letting poeple know ahead of time if they are interested in the lights!)

kevin, how much for the lights and hids? i’m getting new lights soon, trying to find a good deal. Mike

Mike, since technically I shouldn’t be posting items for sale here, how’s about you just email me at kjw239@email.com. We’ll go from there about the details, etc. (When you email me, just remind me it’s you from G2IC asking about my headlights and HIDs for sale).

Thanks!

kevin, email sent, thank, Mike

Mike -

I got your email, and when I responded back and sent it, I got an email saying it didn’t go through. I tried again with the same result. I see you have an AOL address. Do you have one of those spam filters on? Since my email is a generic “@email.com” address. Check it and let me know, I saved the email and will just resend it when we get it straightened out.

Thanks!
