I am going to be installing some used gsr cams into a b16 for a friend, my question is, what kind of asembly lube is usd on the cams/journals during install?
use Redline assembly lube
it’s really really RED, so be sure to wear gloves…

I know that its red, thanks. Thats what came with my crowers when I installed them. But these are a set of used cams, and I need to know what to put on them and where to get it from.
Redline Assembly lube is all you need
I use them everytime I switch cams or when I reinstall cams after changing out my headgasket. You can pick them up at you local autoparts store.
