If you post a meet, at least show up!!!
Please if you post a meet somewhere, at least have the courtesy to show up. I spent an hour and a half waiting for people to show up for the norcross meet, only to find that two people showed up. (Thanks Joel & Edgar)
Oh, I would have loved to show up, rather than spend all day working on my sister’s car. By the time I found out I was going to be doing that, there was no time to reschedule it and if I posted that I wasn’t going beforehand, I figured only 3 people would show. This is the only meet that I haven’t shown up at. I didn’t even post one last month because I didn’t have a free weekend and did not want to post a meet I wasn’t showing up to. Next month is a combined meet with the EG Civic group @ Commerce drag strip that I will be at if I’m the only one with a DA there.
Let me know when & where so I can come out.
