Attention member looneymc2007:

I have been extremely patient with your lack of ability to understand how payment for items you want to buy works.

I have told you 6 times now via email what my paypal address is, and you continue to ask me where to send the money.

I even created an invoice via paypal and sent that to you (which means all you have to do is click the link and pay).

Still I have not received payment for the cluster you said you’d buy on the 19th of July. It is now the 2nd of August.

I’m sure others here will agree that I’ve been exceptionally patient in trying to deal with you on this matter. I will withhold our emails unless necessary, but failure to pay by 5 pm Central Standard Time Friday, 3 August 2007 without communication or response to my requests for payment will result in negative feedback here on G2IC and posting of the emails for the record.

if he’s not willing to buy whatever it is your selling then so be it. those people are called ‘flakers’…why give him a bad rep by posting his name and threatening to give him a negative feedback when he haven’t done anything wrong. yeah i know…i can’t stand people who flake out too, but what can you do about it.

well since the emails haven’t been posted yet, then obviously you don’t know the extent of what’s happening.

this was posted here for HIS benefit, not yours. i’ll make a phone call and tell the guy holding a gun to your head forcing you to read things on the internet to leave you alone now.

:owned: lol

I have the full e-mail chain available for viewing if necessary. This buyer stated on July 19 that he wanted the gauge cluster. He then proceeded to give me a run-around for over 2 weeks about how he needed an invoice to be sent by me from my paypal account so he could pay, etc. etc. I have sent an invoice 3 times to date, as well as 13 emails and have had no response from him other than excuses why he hasn’t paid yet, to include “i’ve not had time to check my email lately.” obviously if he’s responding with that he has time to check his email. it is now August 5, 17 days later, with no payment and no date on when payment will be sent.

i’m sick and tired of getting the runaround from this person and have finally decided to move on and offer the gauge cluster up for someone else who has the integrity to follow through on things. Being that this situation is entirely his fault (i’ve been trying to work with him and he just plain refuses to pay) i will report negative feedback received from him to a moderator for removal. i have done way more than my part here and will not allow him to lead me on any more, nor will i allow him to make it seem as if i’m at fault.

As much as I’m sure this will come back on me, here goes…

I believe this guy forgot to take his Ridilan all his life.

I mean, come on, it’s not like he HAS the parts you offered and is with-holding payment… :nobody:

Grow up, :whisper:, you’ll meet many people like the flake that’s been puttin’ you on, FYI.

Besides, do you think the way you’re portraying yourself is good for your reputation on this forum? Or to conduct business? Think about it. Use your ears for once in your life, not your mouth.

And, on a different note, I read an article you wrote from another post on G2IC.com, racism gets you nowhere buddy. tisk tisk.

  1. Giving one’s word and not following through is flaking, whether buyer or seller. If I choose to make future sellers aware of a member who is consistent for flaking, why do you care?

  2. I could really give two shits about what a canadian thinks of me.

  3. Racism? Care to back that up? Far as I know the only articles i’ve written on this site were pertaining to brakes and power steering. Don’t recall any material in either article being racist…unless for some reason you consider “power steering” a race, in which case you best call up jesse jackson so he can start championing the power steering cause nationwide.

Sure the guy flaked, but until money or goods change hands nobody owes anybody anything. That’s the way all business works.

And don’t call me a Canadian as a rebuke

no, he gave his word and rebuked without so much as a message stating “hey i’ve decided to buy from someone else, thanks.” that would have made everything fine. instead he asks me to box everything up and get it ready to ship, then i never hear from the weenie again. therefore i wanted to warn other sellers that he’ll probably end up wasting their time as well. i know my time is valuable to me, and most other people probably feel the same way.

And don’t call me a Canadian as a rebuke

i’d never be that harsh…i feel sorry for some of you people.

i have to agree with Armed Ferret. Sure the guy may not have done anything SUPER bad or anything, but he still did waste time, and essetially blow off other potential buyers. So I think that posting a warning is fully justified and should be posted as a result.

Fair enough.

I’ve had mostly good experiences with Canadians. Just don’t ask them to fix a garage door in under 2 months.
