Hi Dan, Its Mike from Toronto. I have done my turbo setup and I am as happy as a pig in s_it. My problem is my idle absolutely sucks. I have a bored out stock throttlebody with a new TPsensor. I set it up to the proper specs with a volt meter. With the key on the on position I was checking my numbers. Where I set it, it doesn’t stay there. I pulled back the throttle on the throttlebody, and everytime I let go the throttle it would end up with a different reading then the one I set intially. Not too mention when I checked the codes on my Zdyne Gold Ecu. Code 7 comes up (TPSensor). My idle faucuates from 1500rpm to 1000rpm. If I come to a set of lights and don’t assist the throttle she would die. I have done a complete tune up from fuel filter to plugs to rotor and cap. Still the problem persists. Lastly that vaccum line that is attached to the throttlebody where the fuel rail is, is not hooked up. When I hook it up the car idles at 2600rpm and will not come down. The screw is all the way in on the throttlebody and I also disconnected my throttle cable because I thought that was too tight causing her to rev that high, but no dice. What do you think my problem is? I hope I worded myself correctly so you understand. If not fire some questions this way and I will do my best to give you a solid answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to get to the dyno, but I have to clear up these little items first.
