Automatic seat belts ----> Harnesses

I installed a Scroth Rallye-4 into my DA today w/ an existing Corbeau Fx-1 Pro seat and was wondering if anybody knew how to loop the seat-belt sensor, or just plain do something about the beeping seat-belt warning indicator and flashing seat-belt light in my dash. What can I do to get rid of the beeping and flashing?

I’ve tried:
-Looking for a fuse to unplug = no luck
-Unplugging the system electonically from where the automatic slider is located and from behind the seat where the motor is = no luck (It only disables the sliding maneuver)
-What else can I do besides leaving the stock seat-belt system in there and leaving it plugged in all the time?

LMK, TIA.

Unplug the green connector from the seatbelt motor, they will not move and they will not beep…just make sure to have them back by the seat

:werd::iagree:

I just put a tap between the 2 of the four wires in the harness under the seat.

that also works, a paper clip works to stop the beeping.

Thanks everyone. I went ahead and removed the connection by the passenger kick panel. Under the carpet by the ECU there’s some sort of sensor/seat-belt unit that once unplugged, shuts down the operation of the seat-belts.

:up: yeah my pass. side one won’t retract, and it beeped non stop, so I decided to unplug it one day and just been using them in “manual mode” since then :giggle:

:werd: :up: I guess doing it with the ‘tap’ would still enable you to use the passenger side in ‘automatic’ mode. Errm. I have no problem with the ‘manual mode’ though. :up:
