ummm yea u do have to drain the tranny fluid becuase if not there will be fluid all over the ground just lettin yall know so ya dont get the wrong info and make your job harder
Clarification… you DO NOT need to drain the tranny fluid. Just jack up the pass. sid of the car and work on it like that. No probs what so ever!! The driverside axel doesn’t go into the tranny so that is just common sense…
