B16 Running Lean (19 afr) cruising / idle only

First some info about my car
90 GS
2nd gen b16a converted to OBD0
PR3 vtec ECU
mostly stock
Brand new O2 in stock location (2nd O2 disabled in ECU)

Here is my problem: While cruising on the highway maintaining a constant speed, my air fuel ratio goes from 14ish to 19ish in about 5 seconds and stays high until I accelerate (where it goes back to normal). Occasionally, when cruising for a while at 19, the ratio will jump to 14.5ish for a couple seconds, then climb back to 19. Similar situation at idle, the afr will start at 14.7 then climb up to 19, where it remains. Needless to say, at 19, the car runs like shit.

Any idea’s on what could be causing this? I had some issues with my TB a while back, adjusted the butterfly screw and new gasket. I was thinking MAP but really not sure

So you have? OBD0 integra converted to OBD1. Is your stock ecu tuned? Any cel?

My Integra (being a 90) is naturally OBD0, the engine I bought (2nd gen b16a from japan) is naturally OBD1. I converted the engine to obd0 and bought an obd0 vtec ecu. The ecu is chipped and I have a chip burner. The current chip is the stock PR3 basemap with the 2nd o2 and knock sensor’s disabled.

I found a leak where the header meets the downpipe right by the o2. Repaired said leak and my idle is about 70% better, but still not ideal. I also discovered that during vtec, what ever the throttle position is, my afr readings are fine. At the moment I’m super stumped

Ok of the topic but i have a 91 gs with a b16 swap from a 99 si i was wondering when u did your swap did u have any oil light problem cuz im having tht problem in my teg oil light stayes on car was converted to obd1

Check your oil pressure sending unit on the back of the block to the left of the oil filter. More than likely the wire is disconnected or broken. If the wire is ok, get a oil pressure guage and make sure you have oil pressure.
