B16A for B18A swap

The above swap will give me a V-TEC engine compared to the standard fuel injected engine. This makes the wiring harness different in a number of places:

  • near the computer, one less plug
  • near the U-shaped fuse box, one additional plug
  • near the V-TEC solenoid, a number of additional sensors as well as the solenoid activation plug
  • the fuse box is also different

What is the easiest way out of this situation. At the moment I am contemplating replacing the entire wiring harness, not difficult to do except where it goes through the firewall on the driver’s side.
