Whats better? what will be easier to ger power out of and what is cheaper??

B16A if you just want a quick swap.

Build a PROPER LS/VTEC for a setup that you can customize to your own needs.
Don’t cut corners, do it right with the right parts and it will be a killer motor.

Cheaper? the B16A swapovers are all ready to go and no need to do anything else.
