is any one using this motor in a integra right now? if so how do you like it and was the swap much different form a b16a?
im running a b16a2 turbo i like it i think the motor way better . easy swap mines a 92 so it obd1 if yours isn’t then do it…
mine is a 1990 rs. what transmission are you using? my friend wants to sell me his for $1000 including everything. so i was thinking about buying it.
i got a b16 cable tranny .i think you should get it .if it doesnt got abs ‘‘ABS SUCKS’’
so if im correct the most important stuff for the swap is obd-1 conversion and cable b16a tranny and what else?
OBD1 is a preference. The obd1, you can tune better on. if I was you I would take the §§§§§ and the alt…ect out and switch it. It would make the swap a lot easier to do. Also, I would use the cable over hydro any day. I like the way it feels and plus I wouldn’t want something to happen with the Hydro to Cable swap…that’s just me though.
Do you mean B16A2 as in the USDM engine from the '99-'00 Civic Si (It’s stamped B16A2), or do you simply mean the second generation OBD1+ B16A?

I had an obd0 b16 in me DA. And I loved it. I was waxin’ gsrDC’s…all day! I was bone stock fully gutted with suspension. That’s it. I loved it. if I had the money, I would do it all over again!!
