go LS/VTEC, so i can buy your b17 for bragging rights. jp. i would like a b17 though. if you do go LS/VTEC email me or something. i will buy your b17 and tranny for a respectable price.
the only thing i know is building your b17 might be a little tricky as there aren’t as many parts made specifically for it that i know of, i’m not 100% on that seeing as me looking for b17 parts would be like lookin for a turbo kit on a ferarri, i dont own one so its useless. last time i heard, the b17 was a little limited on parts. prolly changed now that the g2 teg is starting to go mainstream. you seen all the features in mags this past year. DAYYUM however there are loads of parts out there for ls motors and ALL the vtec heads so your options there are only what your budget allows. but either way, i’m sure you wont be disappointed.

Where’d you get that funny block drain plug?
Good job on the thicker cometic. I’m going to put an .060" on my CTR powered B17a soon. California’s 91 octane isn’t cutting the mustard.
The block drain is actually a block heater. Used for colder climates that you Cali guys don’t have to worry about. hehehe.

1st - I would only be selling the block. I need the head and tranny for an LS/VTEC swap which looks to me like I will be doing.

What’s so special about a B17 head?
News flash to those that don’t know. PR3 head casting is the same for B18C5 (other than a VERY mild port job), B16A, B16A2, and B17A. The B18C1 is the only blacksheep (P72 Head) with the stupid inverted intake plennum.
