b17 swapped 91 rs HELP

first off, i apologize in advance for my grammar and sentence structure.

i purchased my 91 rs a few years back and it has always ran great. the previous owner did a b17 swap and what i thought converted it to obd0. everything was good until i got the great idea of building the block, boosting it, and converting to obd1. it was a project car, so i worked on it here and there and in the meantime i got married, built a house, and did some other things. fast forward to present time and i am having some issues with getting it started. here are my issues. i had some tough times while converting to obd1, i repined the td44u obd1 §§§§§ to fit my obd0 stock harness (which alot of my wires didnt match any color codes write ups i could find online) i am quite confident i have them correct because i am not throwing any cels and it sparks like the dickens! installed my ecu jumper harness which was pretty straight forward so i believe everything “should” be fine.

the issue i am having is sometimes the injectors fire, sometimes not. i pulled out my ohm meter and they all tested within spec 2.4 ohms, and they will spray if i manually trigger them. I just want to get the car running to i can check for leaks and make sure all is good so i can haul it in to get dyno tuned.

i had thought about putting everything back to obd0 the way it was to see if it would start and run, but my injectors have seized up and died, so for shits and giggles i tested them with the ohm meter and they were 11.6ish…which is saturated high impedance right? which really confuses me because the swap has an obd0 §§§§§, has the resistor box, has obd0 injector clips, obd0 ecu plugs, obd0 b16 pr3 ecu, and a single wire o2 sensor. is this possible, i am confused as all hell and need some helpful minds! anyone ever experience anything like this?
