B18a head on a b18b block?

is this possible or no. if it is possible, is it any harder than putting a b18a head on a b18a block? any info would be greatly appreciated.

yes its possible. the b18a and b18b blocks are the same. so essentially its just like putting a b18a head back on a b18a block…no worries.

Only difference is the cams.

the cams on teh B18B are better

ya putting a b18a head on a b18b block would be downgrading unless its built or something. 92+ cams are way better
