Okay… I need as much info as possible on this here and what is a good piston/rod setup to use if I want to turbo the engine in say… a month?
Also… if ANYBODY in NORTH CAROLINA used to own an ORANGE g2 Teg w/ AEM Intake, DC Sports Header, Aftermarket Exhaust (I dunno what kind it is), MSD Distributor, and some other little tricks on it… PLEASE gimme a call I need that D#$% Paint number to redo the front bumper! Guy @ the paintshop says it’s not Acrylic so he can’t match it up… I dunno wtf he means.
… Or maybe someone knows this cat who had it… I think his name was Kevin.

If your your gonna turbo the ls/vtec b16a head and b18a block for pistons you could run your stock compression pistons as they are already 9:1 which is great for turbo, go with eagle rods for the strength on the bottom and SLEEVE your block if your gonna run over 8-9psi or you’ll be buying a new motor in no time…my mechanic had a turboed ls/vtec and hit 300whp lot of potential for that setup if done properly. okay… about the mango: The reason why I be askin’ is cuz I have the car now and the front bumper has been destroyed… and it got keyed. :-/ But I don’t have a paint number for it and the guy at the paint shop said he couldn’t match it up exactly cuz it “wasn’t an acrylic paint” whatever that means.
… and as for the engine stuff what about the crank? and where can I get ahold of these sleeves for the block?
… also, what type of ECU is good to use? or should I use my old distributor and just cut the leg off like in the swap guide for doing a b16a swap? (even though that’s not what we’re doin) and then put a vtec controller in… that would be sweet… I dunno how well the MSD distributor will fair having the VTEC head on it. :-/
