So I’m ordering a jdm b18b here today and would like some info on what I need to do to build it properly.
Could anyone supply a list of recommended internal replacements that I could go with to pull a lot of power out of this motor?

depends. are u goin N/A or turbo? if ur building an N/A motor naturally ur gonna wanna throw a vtec head on it. depending on the numbers u want to make u might want to swap the internals of the head out with some after market pieces and u might want to stroke the ls, or atleast put some high compression pistons in it. if ur goin with forced induction then it depends on how much u are willing to spend
