B20/Vtec & LS/Vtec - What kind of numbers?

Hey all, I’m planning on building a Ls/Vtec or a B20/Vtec and I would like to know want kind of number (hp & torque) I should expect from:

B18B balanced stock bottom end with Ported and Polished Stock B16A Head

And

B20B Balanced Stock Bottom end with Ported and Polished Stock B18C GSR Head

Add I/H/E for bolt-On.

Numbers will vary depending on tune and mods.

Look around 180-210whp.
