ACL reconstruction surgery in left knee prohibited me from having a stick shift car for a while so I rented a 2010 Honda Fit for a month. Kind of a girly car, but it grew on me after a while. Comfy seats, but not really enough leg room for a 6 foot guy with long legs. Having a working A/C was awesome. I thought the acceleration was pretty good for a little 4-cyl with auto transmission. The stereo system was okay.
The Fit is back at the dealer now. Had a hell of a time getting the Integra started after sitting for a month. It kept cranking and cranking when I tried starting it. The starter sounded so strange. Finally it started after I pumped the gas pedal furiously. I think the entire fuel system lost pressure from sitting for a month and all the gasoline drained away.
Word to the wise: don’t rupture your ACL by wiping out while downhill skiing. Surgery and the recovery is really unpleasant.
