i have a really bad sputtering going on when i apply gas. if i give it gas and keep the pedal in that spot after a couple seconds the car will stop sputtering and run great. only time it won’t is if i slowly apply gas. i was thinking maybe my fuel filter or dist. i’ve got pretty new plugs/wires and coil/ help my car is barely driveable:(

check your distributor, also your cap and rotor…do you have an aftermrket coil? hope this helps
i’ve still got it. replaced 02 sensor and it went away i thought for a little while and then recently came back. kinda wierd but it happened right when a big rain storm came in(still here) could hooking up my a/f gauge messed it up? also i cleaned/dried dist. cap and the coil is about 3months old. help!
