Hey everyone…I need some recommendations. I just bought some '00 gsr rims from some guy. He said they have been driven for only about 30 miles. I should be getting them in a few days. I was wondering if I should get them balanced before I put them on. (They come with the stock tires already mounted) Thanks.
i have the same question… i’m going to pick up some 00 Si rims i bought off someone at the end of the week too. i was hoping to just throw them on…
If they were actually balanced when you bought them, they will be balanced regardless of the car they are on. I’d put them on the car, and if it shudders at highway speeds, then get it done at a tire store, it’s only like $7 a wheel.
