I cant find any information except for find a for sure good ECU asnd see if it drops the CEL:13
I even took it to acura and they dont even really want to run down the problem.
See I did a B18A1 swap for a B18A1 that I got thru a salvage yard. The engine stated it was like mine (a 5-speed and a 1991 with the baro sensor inside the ECU). Well I dont know how I can even tell unless I fork out the bucks for an ECU that probably doesnty have any garantee or hell, if it works at all, whats it doing out of the car it should be in. Thats the problem. Too many shady people with no honor that’ll sell you a piece of junk ECU and know it’s junk.
Say they sent me a 1992 b18a1 and the baro sensor isnt part of the ECU, how do I go about adding ity to the wiring on my 1991 5-speed GS ECU?

Yeah I had the same problem, I just bought a 91 RS that had a 90 ECU in it, Being a 91 harness there was no external baro sensor. Just buy a used ECU, 91 or greater (manual or automatic) and solder out the internal baro sensor and solder into your ecu, Its got 12 pins all in a row, the ecu only uses 4 of the twelve. I did mine last month and my CEL code 13 disappeared on the first startup. heres pic of the sensor…

Which one of them diode encrusted do-hickeys in that picture are the correct BARO sensor pins and how’d u learn what to do?

the baro is the large rectangle in the middle of the circuit. All u gotta do is line up the “D”'s on the board and sensor, and solder away.
