battery trunk, is that good idea?

:read: the battery install by back trunk and very thick wire like 4 gauge, it is 20 ft. for tray positive connect to harness. neg tray connect the black ground too

is that good idea or bad idea if bad idea then pls explain me no fool man

Strap it down and your good to go, make sure you don’t have a water leak there though  it cleans up the bay, its easy to do +1 for this ‘mod’

Ive been running mine in the trunk for over a year now with no problems

Very well done…Thinking about doing this in the future. How long can you run the radio with engine off before you loose necessary cranking amps to start the engine.

Couldnt tell you, never realy tried it:)

very nicely done what kit is that

I feel sorry for your batterys lol!

Im gonna be doing it this weekend or next, but I need my trunk in the part he has it for my sub so I’l see about sticking it in the corner

great, i would do this any time

not a kit, a piece of wood, some rivnuts and a run of the mill batery bracket:D

It’s a decent idea to clean the engine bay up, but remember… when in use, wet cell batteries give off poisonous fumes from the acid and lead boiling and sloshing around (you don’t want to breathe that shit). GET A BATTERY BOX KIT. It will save your brain cells n lungs and also decrease the chance of the battery hitting and possibly killing you during a collision.
