Bbs rs fitment

Been sittin on these for a while now but i got some bbs rs redrilled specs are 16x7.5 offset 14. I got d2 coils and im lowered about 1.5 fingers in top of fat fives not really tryna slam it. Lookin for that aggressive slight stretch but functional setup. Not sure if i should go with 35 profile with larger sidewall or 40 profile with lower sidewall .which looks meatier?

40 series tires are taller than 35 series… as for fitting that size and offset you may need to roll your fenders along with running front and back adj. camber kit… i like meatier tires so id go with the 40 but you may not get the car as low as you might want but itd be more streetable.

you’re going to have stretched tires and wheel gap, with poke? do not do it. just keep the fat fives

I have to agree. I’m not a fan of hellaflush, but I do know to pull off low offsets the car needs to be dumped or it looks goofy. Best of luck doing this and nice set of wheels.

i dont mind a little wheel gap but the fitment is def doable. ive seen people do 16x8 0 offset not sayin it looks great but you can do it. i guess ill have to go with a 35 profile and a taller sidewall/slight stretch. if anyone else has experience with these wheel specs please add on. ttt

you can do it, but you shouldnt, polish the fat fives and leave them on, or this could be you…

i dont see anything

could always sell me the rs’s

hells nah lol nice try whatever it takes im making these fit if i gotta roll fenders flat F it i already have rear camber arms just not the fronts but i dont think iill have to use them so i should be ok. just tryna figure out which tire to use from people who have experience with these types of wheel specs

wow this is a pretty good picture of what i was imagining.

This isnt very ideal… it just doesnt look right. needs to be lowered more and cambered out to make it fit nicely. but then again its, whatever flies your airplane.

well ok im running 16x8 0 offset with 205/45 however i believe federal makes a 195/45 or 195/40 that would work well for what your aiming for

i had bbs rms 15x8 +8 offset and i was ok heres a pic

my guess is he isnt even going to go that low, much less lower

Actually thats prolly just a finger lower then i already am hes not slammed on those wheels plus i have 16s so basically thats the exact look im goin for not the dune buggy ish the eg has. The specs of the 15 bbs in that pic are more aggressive then my wheels… Jdmxsi what did you have to do to make them fit good looks illy
