Bent Radiator Support Cause of Hood Not Aligning?

The hood on this car I bought does not close flush and does not line up right between the fenders.
The hoot sits lower on the passenger side than the driver side.
The hood latch has to be adjusted all the way up to close and lock.

That stretch of metal between the radiator and latch is the radiator support, right?

Here is a view from the top, in case anyone else can point something out that looks out of place that I’m not seeing:

I know that the previous owner had rolled the corner into a pole (automatic transmission on idle without brake).
The bumper support bolts align with no problem.
The back of the passenger side fender has a little bit more gap between the front of the door compared to the driver side.

Will the hood go down on the drivers side if you push down on it, have you tried adjusting the hood stops?

The fender can easily be “realigned”, undo, [loosen] all the fender mounting bolts, move fender ahead, retighten bolts. 94

Yes, the hood goes down on drivers side if I push down. The passenger side goes up in turn. It’s like it’s pivoting somewhere in the middle.

If the hood stops are the round rubber things across the front, they all sit flush so I’m assuming they are adjusted as far down as they can go.
