I was on the “Road to Hana” at Maui, but in a tiny rental car. That would have been great but also super dangerous and can’t go fast either for sure.

Scenic though.

Rental Miata in West Virginia:

how are the driving dynamics of the Miata?

Stout engine, not fast but has good grunt. This is an auto model so can’t speak much to gearing.

It’s kind of crazy, there’s a little body roll sure, but I feel like I’m not even working the rear suspension until I really hammer out a turn. And your butt is right in front of the back wheel, so that’s an interesting feeling if you’ve never experienced that before. It reminds me of my C3 Corvette.
