My mom is forcing me to clean her accord, and in the backseat, there’s some bad stain on it. What is the best way to clean it? What products can I get to clean the seats? The seats are all cloth. thanx
my gf got makeup all over my visor while trying to do it in my car…
one of my buddies gave me this stuff called tech, u can get it at any local hardware store. with a little elbow greese all that black goopy crap came right out.
- vaccum all the dirt out
- get one of those upholestery cleaners and scrub away. Might take a few go-at-its before it starts to work.
- re-vaccum after the cleaning.

Is your mom forcing YOU to clean the Accord, because you thought the Teg backseat was too small, and therefore had to use her car, but made a stain in the process? LOL… j/k man.
Try a steam cleaner if nothing else works…
FeBreeze gets the stink out of anything though. As for the stains, well, OxyClean works wonders when in a spray bottle.

you’re almost right… I gutted my car front seats back, thus everytime there was more than 2 people, the accord came through!

re: cleaning upholstry
Well, if it is cloth interior, I use 409 Carpet cleaner. It gets your seats nice and clean. It comes in a purple spray bottle. Trust me, it works great. For leather use formula 2001 by turtle wax and on your dash.
I used a Hoover carpet cleaner before. It worked pretty well. I don’t know how it would do on tough stains though. I just had dirt and pop spills on my seats.
