best way to fix small dent??

This is what happends when u rub ur car against your garage door.

Any one know of a way to pop that dent out?

i can vouch for the paintless dent people. thanks to a crazy ex i had, for about $100 they fixed about 4 dents in my old civic si, and you couldn’t even tell they were ever there.
