Best wheel combo for a unlowered car?

Hey folks I was curious what tire/wheel combo works (and looks) best on a stock suspension so I wont have to drive around cautiously worrying about road imperfections.

I have a '92 with set of 16X7 Rota GT3’s and planning to run 205/50R16 or 195/50R16’s. Whaddya think?

u dont have to drive cautiously on stock suspension…

You might have to if you had low profile tires and were worried about bending a cast wheel.

Thing is, I know if I put on 45 series tires id get that ugly gap between the tire fender. Then I would have to lower (which I dont want to do) it so it wouldnt look stupid.

So I was thinking 50 series to fill that gap and still have a good ride. Hmmm.

50 series. Gonna mess up your mileage & the speedo a bit. Probably wouldn’t be too bad though.
If you don’t want to worry about road conditions & wanna decrease the gap, why not get a Eibach Sportline or similar kit? The drop is only 1 1/2 inch after settling. This wouldn’t be too extreme, & very streetable. I have Neuspeed Sports, (1.75 drop) & I don’t really get any bottoming out. If it wasn’t for my Type R lip, I’d barely ever scrape. The 91 OEM lip will solve this. :cloud9:
