The best thing thats ever happend to my integra was the day I bought it. The guy who owned it before me said it was his baby but after learning everything about the car…It was not his baby at all. I hope he treats his kids better then he treated that car.
The worst thing thats ever happend to my integra was when one of my old friends broke into it trying to steal my subs. I had already taken the subs and radio out a few days before so when he couldnt find anything to steal he decided to pour antifreeze everywhere. The entire interior, outside, and gas tank were filled and covered in antrifreeze. It took me forever to clean it all out and now my carpet is stained brown. It ended up costing me about $500 to get my engine running right again. Gotta love the honda motors though, they can take alot of crap and still keep on running.
Best was replacing my tired old b18a with a low mileage b18b and having all suspension, sway bars and brakes finally working perfectly…The thing drove like a dream.
Worst was my roommate smoking a curb with it 2 months later and writing it off.
Wow. It’s been long since I’ve been on here. The best thing would definitely be the day I bought it completely stock and in fairly decent condition. And the worst thing would have to be the day it was stolen, I haven’t seen it since. Sorry about your friend breaking into the car man. Sounds like a friend for life.
Best thing would be when it bring wherever i want with 230whp and 6.7liter per 100km fuel consuption
and the worse thing would be now, when i’m having a strange sound commin from my front driver side wheel, sound like a ball joint, sort of squeak (like if i got a finished ball joint) but everything is new and i checked everything and i grease ball joint again, tight eberything and still having that strange sound… i hate when i CANT find the solution
the day i found it on craigslist. Newly detailed, at the time with 135k miles. I brought the ad to my dad and we went out to take a look. He test drove it and i guess he liked it cause we drove home with it that same day. it was a welcome improvement over my slightly older 89 civic lx. i was so excited i told all of my friends.
havent really had a worst thing, but i guess the time when it left my dad stranded not too far from home from a broken timing belt. Shop threw one on and fired up like nothing happened. Good 'ol motor.
edit: oh i remember now. The worst thing to happen to me driving this thing was when the catalytic converter suddenly decided to take a dump and clog up my exhaust at school, rendering it unable to exceed 20mph. It was a damn long tow back to the shop from Irvine to Pasadena. Luckily we have the AAA 100mi towing distance.
Mines backwards worst thin is my girlfriend starting the car without the clutch engaged(it was a auto to manual conv. and it was in gear) and it turning over into the rear of a dodge ram hitch crushing the vis cf hood and coresupport … BustEd only the corner tabs on my onepieces luckily… Best thing is restoring it back to life the way I want…
worst thing…there is a few…rod knock.vandalized, and today a 06 ram back up into my hood and fucked it all up. best thing…bypassing my vtec and hearing it engage.
the worst things thats ever happened to my teg was when i was driving and my driver side wheel came off and over took me… also my other teg was stolen =(
best thing so far is the parts i’ve gotten for her, koni/gc, 1 pieces, power mirrors on their way
worst was putting koni/gc on BEFORE redoing all the bushings and balljoints the ride is horrid over shitty roads lol, new bushings and stuff coming soon tho
