Waiting on my ES Front LCA and Upper Control Arm Bushings Too arrive…
Does Anybody know any tricks for removing the bushings in the LCA’s?
When I did mine, I pressed them out. Some you can’t even press out, you have to press the rubber out and use a sawzall to cut the outer ring of the old bushing.

cool, I’m going to try the socket and soak it in pb blaster and a sledge hammer method first. if that doesnt work, ill probably take them to get pressed out.
If you need help fabricating those two extension lines let me know. I made mine easily.

its just a stock b16 header no o2 on it.
So I’m getting a cel light code 17 which is the vehicle speed sensor and my s3 light blinks constantly. Anybody know how I should diaginose it since the speed sensor is run by a cable ?

Replace the sensor. If it’s the cable, come get the one off my parts car.
nevermind i was thinking the b16 header was like the type r header
found the culprit of the ticking bomb and replaced with new acl rod bearings.

Yikes that one bearing looks pretty bad! How did the journal on the crank look? Did you have a machine shop check the crank?
