I found a good deal for this hood and was wondering if anyone has any experice with it such as weight and fitting. Or anyone know any good websites that has info on this. And yes ive googled thanx.

well, i can honestly say it’s the ugliest hood i’ve ever seen…

agreed the black widow 2 is quite ugly on our cars…but i dont like OEM very much so i decided on the black widow 3 hood…looks like a newer mustang hood

Nobody likes this hood? I think its decent especially the price im gettin it for.

i would stay away from the black widow hoods. I have the black widow 1 hood and i feel it is one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made. It dosen’t fit well at all. I had to move the latch around and grind on the radiator support to get it to fit right and close. There is about a half of an inch space between my hood and my fender. It might just be that i got a bad one but i will never buy another bodykit or aftermarket hood (especially fiberglass) for any car. I have had terrible experiences with both. That is just opinion and experience.

hey thanks for the heads up but im gettin this for $80 bc this kid totaled his car and owes alot of money. If i dont like its not such a big loss.

I had the hood. I liked it, but I had a black widow kit to go with it. the hood is lighter than stock, and I didn’t htink it looked too bad. but that was my ricer stage anyways, good luck with the decision

Oh, okay…That’s a diffrent series of hoof than I was thinking. I was thinking of the Black Widow hood that’s got the 2 huge rediculous nostril looking cowels running down the center of the whole length of the hood. The one you put up a pic of is definately worth it for the price.

I have a white teg and HAD the bwI hood on it when i bought it. It made me sick, (it looked like you were looking at a pale ass crack when you were driving). Now I have the Xtreme GT CF and I love it. The BWI hood is ugly but it did fit good and it didn’t weigh too much!(my cf hood is 1/3 the weight of it though :giggle: ) I still have it and I’ll sell it to ya for 300 if you pay shipin.
