Blower Motor Question...vibrations

Okay so my blower motor was out when i bought the car a few weeks ago…finally went and bought a new one and started tearing into it yesterday…had to quit in the middle to go to auto body class…anyways

finally got it in today and after i put eveything back to the way it was when i turn my heater on and it works but speeds 3-4 its vibrates and rattles and is annoying as hell…

has anyone had this problem before after reinstalling !

all the bolts are tight as i can get them withouth breaking somthing…i double checked the blower motor bolts as well…

when you push on the big white blower box, the vibrations and noise go away and runs like it should…but obviously as soon as you let go it goes back to vibrating !!!

ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRICIATED !

somethings loose did u put the strap bracket thing back on

Yeah i put the metal strap back on…i cant figure oit whays vibrating…its like the hole thing vibrates…

Did you check for the lil metal clip that goes on the blades of the fan? It balances the fan at higher speeds.

I would pull the blower motor and have a look up into the blower box, look for loose “doors”.

If you do not have A/C you can pull the duct between blower box and heater box for a better look into the blower box. 94

i got it all fixed, i basically just pulled everything back out tighted everything then put it all back in and tighted everything tighter then it probably should be and it works fine now…i dont really know what was the cause because when i took everything back apart everything was plenty tight…

maybe i had it in at a wierd angle or somthing and didnt realize…
