I searched like crazy trying to find this with no success… Sorry if I just didn’t find it 
After putting it off forever, I finally got my cowl leak fixed and already had a new bower motor standing by. Thing is, the original blower was already taken out and it’s been so long I forgot which wires match up between the car and the motor :s
Got blue/black and blue/white coming from the car and the motor has solid blue and solid black. So which ones match up?

I just picked up a 1991 service manual yesterday. What year is your integra? I will see what I can find in my manual

Looks like the Blue/White goes to the blower motor and the Blue/Black goes from the blower to the Blower Resister which there are a series of wires that go from the Blower Resister to to the Fan switch. If you send me your email I can email you a picture of the Circuit Diagram in the Service Manual for better clarity.

Yup!
Blue/White wire goes in the blower motor at the solid blue wire. The blue/black wire leaves the blower from the solid black wire.

how did you fix your cowl leak if you dont mind me asking… i have the same problem which eventually killed my blower motor
