Blown Head Gasket? (Pic Inside)

Is this the starting off a blown head gasket? The car doesn’t burn any oil and no smoke and it doesn’t overheat. But I’m think its not over heating because its winter right now and come summer it probably will. Also changing a head gastket is more then a couple hours job isn’t it or can I do it my self in the drive way with simple tools?

If I should just bring it to a shop, should I get the timing belt and water pump done to since ive put 20k on the car since ive got it and I have no idea when its been done last?

I just cleaned my engine, you won’t believe the gunk that accumlates. Clean it, or that particular section, really well and wait to see if it leaks. Changing the timing belt is easy, compared to the head gasket.
