Blox RLCA

Alright all you suspension guru’s of DA chasis. I know that there have been plenty of you guys/gals out there that have installed Rear Lower Control Arms on our chasis so my question is how did you guys re-install the sway bars. the reason im asking is because when I installed the Blox RLCA the sway bars were too far away from the mounting point, now i was thinking of using washers to cover the gap between the RLCA and the sway bar brackets but i wanted to ask the professionals who have already installed RLCA’s into their cars. Help if you can, and keep the bad comments to yourself please! Thanks guys!

I have the Blox LCA’s installed in my DA. I’ve heard you would have to buy aftermarket sways to compensate for the akward mounting position with the Blox LCA’s on.

What I did was just get underneath the car and pulled the endlinks down towards the mounting holes on the Blox LCA’s, it’s kinda hard but you can do it. How much of this is going to help versus stock, I don’t know but that’s the only way you can mount the stock sway to the Blox LCA’s until you can get adjustable sways to mount it properly with the Blox.

One thing to remember before you start to tackle this… the stock LCA’s have threading in the mounting hole but the Blox LCA’s DON’T have threading so you would have to go get a nut to hold the sway endlinks in place. I just went to a junkyard and got the nut from any honda or acura. I got it from the top hat mounts… should fit perfectly. Hope this helps…
