this only happens sometimes. i’ll be turning left and my right turn signal will blink too. i have’nt noticed if the left flashes when i’m turning right though. keep in mind … both sides are flashing at once like hazards, not just the opposite of which way i’m turning. is there crossing wires? where?
Have you modified any of the wiring or is it all stock?
the only wire mods i’ve done was convert the h4h headlight harness(1-piece) to h4 harness, which has no affect on the blinker wire, and the “foglight trick”. i do have a viper alarm. would the alarm wiring have something to do with it? reason i’m wondering is because my turn signals flash when the alarm is armed/disarmed.
if your turn signals blink with your alarm, the problem is mostly there… maybe a wire got disconnected or a loose wire is playing with you… Take a look at your alarm’s wiring.

yeah u probably wired it wrong with the alarm. all i can think of (which i can not really put into words), is if u wired ur signals to blink with the alarm. u probably gave it the same power line or u did it after the blinker relay (the whatever u call it that makes it blink) dont know if its called a “relay”. if u did wire the alarm after the “relay” when the alarm powers it would blink but when u signal it would power both of them (might be a loose wire since u say its only sometimes). u want to wire it before the “relay”. well dont know if u get it, but just try to take the alarm off the blinkers and see if its back to normal. if it does then fix the wireing. if it doesnt help then come back and tell us whats new.
The alarm should flash the park lights not the turn signals. I have seem alarms hooked to hazard swtich in european cars that have isolated l + r park circuits. Typicaly most installers out of laziness just plug into the fuse box accessory light tap. I doubt it is the alarm unless the installer does not know what he is doing.
what is your “foglight trick”? did you change any wiring to make your 1 pieces blink?

he did say his turn signals would flash when alarm is armed/disarmed. 
as for my car, its wired into the parking lights in front and i think the signals in rear. i’m not even sure of my own car. lol. dont really pay attention back there.
Louie55: if your alarm is wired into the parking lights in front, it’s the same for the rear since all parking lights are connected together. 
Unless the guys who installed it wasn’t in a hurry and took his time wiring the turn signal in the rear which is a lost of time. :roll:
hmm unless those orange signals are parking lights too? i guess there it. thought they were just blinkers and hazard lights. the ones in the front bumper i know there signal lights cause thats the only time there on. as for those corner lamps one is a signal? or parking light? i know the other corner one is always on (when lights are on. not day time lights), dont know what that is called. maybe tomorrow night or something i’ll just take a small video clip on the lights and the arm/disarm alarm so you guys can see. so anyone know what all the lights are called? i know fog/headlight/turn signals (on bumper and corner lamp and rear) /hazards/ brake. whats the constant on corner lamp called? is there parking lights in the rear signal lamps?
