Brake Light/ Horn fuse keeps blowing

So my brake light and horn fuse keeps blowing. I’ll change it and the lights will work as will the horn and then just one day blow. I thought maybe a wire behind the bumper was broken/bare but I pulled the bumper and all the wires looked good. This just started happening out of no where

Where should I look what could possibly be wrong?

so the fuse doesn’t blow immediately? how long before it blows?

It varies with how long it takes and I really can’t pinpoint it exactly I’ll randomly test the horn and sometimes it will work then one time it won’t work and I’ll know the fuse was gone but I have no idea if it’s the brake lights, horn, or a wire problem.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Because both the horn and brake light circuits are on the same fuse, you will have to isolate the circuits, I would unplug the horn relay, [go without a horn for a bit] and see if fuse still blows.

If fuse still blows, you know the short is in the brake light circuit and you will need to check it. 94

FCM where is the horn relay located?

Should be on under dash fuse box.94

could also be a short on the power side of fuse, no? like chafing?
