How hard is it to get a car that was registered in canada to the u.s. legally?
found a DA and i wanted to see if it would be hard to get it all legit here. Anyone done this?

For one you have to get a letter of conformity from Honda of America saying it meets all safety regulations and stuff. There is a guy on here who’s been trying to bring his da from Canada to the US but can’t get the letter. But I know once you get the letter your golden
do canadian da"s have vin numbers like the u.s.? Is this letter something i can write to honda of north america for?

Not sure about vin but you call Honda and they mail or fax you it at least I think that’s the easiest way
