just redirecting to my hawaii forums.

i should be updating it every now and then.

craziness, lol good luck with the rest of it looks pretty good for now, i’d make the sides flush if possible theres still a bit of the C pillar poking up

haha that’s awesome. good luck man!

yeah i just made sure not to cut too much or id be screwed haha, plus its kinda tripping me out because i wanna make everything level but from the front to the rear it kinda starts angling up

Just incorporate some of the Ridgeline bed styling. Like in this picture where the bed wall angles up and there is another angled piece to attach to it… to make it all flow

Funny Nawaaz, I was thinking the same thing last night when I was checkin out his thread. Would be cool to leave the rear posts and make the lines pretty much like the ridgelines.

I don’t like the truck but I think it would look sweet on a DA conversion. And I would also make the rear window removable like my buddys 85 Mustang Convertible. Its a sweet way to cruise.

haha damn that sounds kinda strange the removable window and all. new to me, btw i posted 2 new pics on the forums, wayy better shot of my car. and i think im deciding to make a nice wooden bed.

I honestly have to give you the BOLD props on a project of such! A couple of years ago, I went to a race out in Texas, and someone had successfully done such a thing with an EF Civic hatch. It was’nt yet complete, still primered and had some rough work that was needed, but the concept was there. What amazed everybody, was he towed another EF with his EF truck.
When he popped the hood, the thing was turbocharged and had plans on racing it on the track before finishing up the project. He ran into some electrical gremlins and could not post any good times, but a year after that, I saw the completion of it paint and all (with a wood grain bed), and it was sittin on some Rega Masters. That EF truck was worthy of Honda Tuning front cover status…Then the guy and the truck was never seen again.
Best of luck on yours whether you are serious or not.

damn, thats more inspiration for me thanks. and hell yeah im serious about it, maybe not building the engine yet but this conversion is for sure

reminds me of this

^^sweet lol

you can do a little roll-bar thing to strenghten the chassis. kinda like the subaru baja… or was it the brat? now i want to do one! i remember seeing one posted on here a while ago.

I think it was the oldschool baja’s

ahh ok ok thanks. and wtf to that rugged craigs ad
