STRAIGHT UP
WERE ALL INFECTED WITH CANCER AND U HEALTHY TEGS ARE ALL LOVING THE SUN:bang:
Am I not understanding what you guys are talking about? The flat phillips head bolt/screws which run top to bottom connecting the cover to the support?

I’ve never had a problem with those being difficult to remove, just grab a phillips screwdriver and turn
You live in Cali. No winter having bastage…

I need a new bumper support because I drilled 3 out and can’t put anything in there place. I plan to replace them with some of those dress up bolts.

Damn, that sucks. I am a bit spoiled by fresher cali cars, but you guys get snow, so I’m still jealous. SoCal is too hot, there aren’t any real seasons here. We need a mild ice age so I don’t have to drive 5 1/2 hrs just to play in the snow!

if I never saw snow other than on TV for the rest of my life it wouldnt bother me a bit

Snow doesn’t bug me but the sub zero temps do. Sucks doing my job in the winter sometimes.

^^^ same here working outside at -35 -40 SUCKS

Now imagine being 30ft in the air

Those screws were rused to crap on both my covers as well. I used a large set of vice grips to crack them and then impacted them out with my makita 18v.

Dont forget to use he LARGEST phillips bit and not the usual size, they will strip it for damn sure.

Do you have to throw a ladder, or do you get to rock the bucket?

Ladder. Unless it’s stepped, then I just toss on my safety harness and climb.

lol i do bust out the 30FT in the air styles too im a heavy machinery mechanic i work for a company called mijack. we build, assemble, sell and repair anything u cant think of that involves moving and lifting containers. so huge cranes, lifts, jacks, pickers, all that shittt. its cold up high lol!
