Bumper Fogs?

I’ve seen quite a few people who rewired their bumper lights to work in conjunction w/their fogs

I was just wondering what your wiring setup was…pics preferably

I was thinkin of just runnin some wires from the back of the bumper lights to the fogs…but then i think the fogs would be dimmer…

How’d you guys do it? Cuz frankly that looks sweet :naughty:

Another Q: What is your blinker config…normal minus bumpers?

:search:
http://www.g2ic.com/tegtips/lighting/3.html

whoa…

Prob shoulda checked teg tips…lol…didn’t get nething on a search…

And i’ve still got questions…so you cut the wire going to the corner light (not the turn signal) and wire those to the bumper light?

then take the bumper light wires and run those to the corner light?

or another way to do it: http://www.g2ic.com/tegtips/lighting/7.html

(personally i prefer this way) I had mine wired up like this for awhile, but then it got old for me. Plus its illegal here in cali if i did this and had my fogs and headlights on.

Hey guys please don’t like directly to teg tips… I don’t have a header on the page and it looks like it’s just hanging there. If it were to appear on a search engine there’s no link to www.g2ic.com or anything like that…

sorry neil! devlin check teg tips!

lol gotcha

EDIT why is the other way (blahblah/7.html) illegal in cali ?

Hmm…so then wouldn’t us drivin w/our fogs on be illegal

2 fogs + 2 headlights + 2 driving lights (corners) = 6 which is > 4

WTF does that mean? would that mean that both headlights count as one?

Because if it did…

1 (headlights) + 1 (fogs) + 1 (corners) + 1 (bumpers) = 4

hmmm damn ca vehicle code :squint:

actually we’ve reached our limited with just the headlights, corners, and fogs on. remember, theres two bulbs inside each corner light.

So what about cars that came stock with 2 ses of fog lights? They didn’t come stock that way in CA?
